So many awesome deals and unique gifts were found this holiday season. 16 businesses participated in this annual event on the Mile. Each offered a "Jingle deal" that typically was a great stocking stuffer item. People purchased the gift of family fun time at Don Carter Lanes, Chuck E Cheese; the gift of safety at Mobility Connection, the gift of games and hobbies at Royal Hobby Shop and Robin's Nest; the gift of beautiful clothing at Lallygag Boutique, Roxy Carmichael and Bonnie's Boutique; The gift of music, clothing, hard to find items and fun at Bygone Brand and Culture Shock Clothing & Records; the gift of beautiful flowers and home decor at Petals & Pickin's, gool stuff for bicycle enthusiasts at Kegel's Bicycle Shop and the gift of beautiful food baskets from Mary's Market. Tri-B Hardware made sure we had batteries for our new Christmas toys, plus they made sure our homes were warm using their home insulation items.
Shopping from local stores is always more satisfying that the big box stores. The clerks (usually the owners) have great advice, give great service and also support our local community and economy!
Merry Christmas everyone! It isn't too late to visit these shops!
